We really hope that you love the products you buy via The Mamahood! However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase then you have 14 days to return it (in its original condition and packaging) for a refund or exchange unless faulty or damaged.

Please note however:

  • Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty, or arrive damaged or broken.
  • Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
  • Perishable items are non-refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds include the original cost of delivery and payment charges but unless an item arrived damaged or broken, you will be responsible for the return delivery cost.

Please note: Products are your responsibility until they reach us or the brand again so please always ask for proof of postage.

Finally, some products (such as personalised products) sold on The Mamahood are done so on a drop-ship basis (meaning the brand will fulfil your order on our site and ship this to you, the customer, directly. When you buy a product that is shipped to you directly from a brand, you are entering into an agreement directly with the maker or brand behind the product, not with The Mamahood. 

If you wish to return an item please get in touch with your order details and stating the reason for the return. We will arrange for you to send it back directly to the brand. If you have any questions please contact and we will be very happy to assist you.
